We consider the adequate training of professionals who maintain the health of our buildings to be of vital importance.
We develop a specific and continuous training plan for the personnel we provide to the facility, with hours covered by the company and a semiannual schedule. The various courses offered are governed by the individual training plan for each employee, covering occupational health, workplace risks, technology, cleaning techniques, etc.
Client Training
Today, no one considers outdated cleaning methods. There is now great public and private awareness regarding the importance of cleaning based on appropriate techniques and technologies for both public health and our environment.
In addition to prioritizing the training of our staff, we offer training courses for client personnel who perform cleaning services with their own staff, and we also collaborate in organizing courses for Unions, City Councils, NGOs, and other organizations.
